Tyler and I decided to forgo the annual school pictures this year and save money by having me take them instead. I just barely got around to it a few days ago. It went down like this. I was in my pajamas and we were late for school but the boys came out of their room dressed like this and looked so cute I just had to have a photoshoot right then and there. So I grabbed my camera barked the orders to get outside stat for pictures then snatched up the baby bundled in blankets and off we went out the door. I had no shoes on and I am sure I was a quite a site.
Spencer said at one point, "Mom, I'm really embarrassed that you are out here in your pajamas." Is this what my life has come to? Am I the embarrassing parent?
I was bothered for a moment but not for long enough to stop.
I am so grateful I took the time to capture these two beautiful, smart, talented, funny, charming boys of mine. It is a pleasure to be their mother. I guess I will work on the wearing my pajamas outside thing. :)
