Blahhhh

Today was one of those days...a day that went from great possibilities, to smoke alarms, overflowing cake pans in the oven, and endless cleaning when I wanted endless baking. In the end I managed a very large batch of granola that makes my throat hurt when I eat it, an ok looking GF version of the incredible lemon poppyseed strawberry something or another that I made a few days back and a large pile of washed dishes, one small pile of dirty ones and about 15 minutes to get to the school to pick my oldest son up for his orthodontist apt.

The good news is the bread tastes good enough but even better is that I get no headache, nor do I get a sore throat when I eat it.
