On Thursday we went to our last summer playgroup of the year. At the play group we celebrated Kenna's birthday. The theme of the party was "Luau". We enjoyed fresh pineapple, chicken and pineapple terriyaki and even got to take our pictures as surfer dudes and dudettes (pictures coming). It was a nice party but a sad party. It is hard to believe that summer is over and that another school year will start on Monday. So it is. Monday here we come. We've got our backpack, school supplies, lunchbox, school clothes we are ready...sort of.:)
