At Kate's first check up she weighed 7lbs 4 ounces and measured 21 and 1/2 inches long
A week later she measured 8 lbs and her length was 21 inches. So the sad news is she's shrinking.;)
Kate is very healthy and alert she even stays awake for 30 minutes or so at a time. . Her main problem right now is her diaper rash.

Have you tried different brands of diapers? Just asking, as my Katie was sensitive to one brand and would get a rash from it, but not another. She is super duper cute!
She has had two different types. Which ones ended up working for you?
