We started our morning off singing happy birthday to the the barely awake little Kate. Everyone was so excited to get the presents set up and to wake up the birthday girl. She seemed a little confused at first but quickly got the hang of it and started clapping and smiling along with everyone. It was clear to her that the presents were hers and she did not appreciate them being messed with.
Grant picked out a cute little pink chair for her just like Josh's blue one. She was so happy and kicked her legs up and down in excitement as she sat in it.
Mom and Dad got her a little car to ride on. She was not very pleased with the idea of Josh taking a spin on it.
Spencer and I decorated her high chair with streamers and made a tissue paper bow that she loved and immediately tried to put in her hair and then finally in her mouth to be funny.
Daddy got her a new sippy cup with a cute Minnie Mouse print on it that she seemed to like. I love that she can tell the girly looking things are for her and she likes them.
Lastly before dad had to go to work she got some roughhousing and tickling just like she likes.
