Grant and Spencer have been taking piano now for about a year and they had their first recital last night. They both did really well. Spencer said he was very nervous and that it felt like his heart was beating too hard in his chest.
They have done an excellent job practicing on their own and memorizing their pieces.
I think they were happy to have it over.
Grant is standing next to a 13 year old boy and his 16 year old sister. He is a big boy. 
Tyler had to take Josh to a room in the back of the studio and shut the door. He and formal quiet performance environments don't mix. Afterwards we hat refreshments and had a chance to talk with Matt and Karyn and her kids. I am sad that we didn't snap any pictures with the parents.
