Trick-or-Treating

This year the boys went out with their Dad to pick out Halloween costumes. I think they did a pretty great job. I can't think of any costumes that would have suited these two boys better. Joshua's costume came from a yard sale this summer.
Grant was very cooperative and let me try and fix his hair like Dan Akroyd's character from Ghostbusters. Handsome kid!!
Did I mention how much I love this kid?
When Spencer's Dad suggested drawing a mustache/beard onto Spencer's face for the "Trunk-or-Treat" and trick-or-treating Spencer got really, REALLY excited! Coloring his hair black though just sent him right over the edge with elation. He looked good...and he knew it.
After Trick or Treating Spencer begged to spray paint his hair black every day for school. :)
These two are good sports to let me take so many photos.
Matt's (Grant and Spencer's dad) girlfriend Karyn took us to her favorite Trick-or-Treating spot in a very nice gated community in Summerlin. The decorations were out of this world.
Spencer and Grant scored several king sized candy bars and even got a dollar bill at one house.
Joshua decided he was hungry about 10 minutes into it so Tyler and I headed back to the car. Once he was finished the boys were nearly back.
Once back at the house the boys had a good 20 minutes of trading to do.
All while Joshua tried to snap out of his freaked out state. He doesn't care for night time outings.
Tyler as you can tell is enjoying his time with his son. :)  Another successful Halloween down in the books. This year I have a wonderful husband and 3 wonderful sons. Life is good. :)
