Instructions can be found here. "Modge Podge" recipe found here.
It was fun but a little too involved for kids. I ended up doing all but one strip of the tissue paper work, then Tyler, Spencer, Grant and Myself worked together to finish up the tops of the lids and the face-work.
What a Halloween craft experience...oh and it was an experience. There was a little (expected) drama in the middle of it all. Kids...they keep it real, that's for sure!

That's funny, I did not realize you guys did the same craft with Tyler. I like your version of it with a green stem. My kids loved this.
Oh yes...Tyler was roped into the whole deal. I even have pictures to prove it. I'm not sure he feels like they are masculine enough though to post on the blog. :) It was fun...but Grant had a major meltdown in the middle of it all.
I was happy to find a recipe for modge podge. That made the project a $1.50 plus the recycled bottles, and paint that I already had at home.
