Matt's cousin, Eileen, her husband, John, and their two kids, Krista, age 11, and Devin, Age 7, came to visit yesterday. We spent the afternoon with a barbecue at our house. Matt made his famous burgers. After that we went swimming at our community pool and had a great time. Devin and Grant conquered their fears of the water slides and both went down them multiple times. After swimming, we met up with Matt again at Cafe Rio where the Johannesmeyer's treated us to dinner. We love Cafe Rio. During dinner Spencer got a little restless and Krista--like a little babysitting angel--stepped in and entertained him for a good twenty minutes while we finished our meals in peace. Grant and Devin enjoyed an intense conversation about the world of Pokemon. Unfortunately they had to leave early this morning to get back home to Utah. We had a wonderful visit and can't wait to see them again.

Joey is really into Pokemon at the moment! We definitely have to get together some time soon- they would get on great!
